1. All cancellations result in a $25 administration charge
2. Two booking nights or less requires seven days notice or there will be a 25% charge or one night, the greater of the two
3. Three booking nights or more requires thirty days notice or there will be a charge of 25 % of total booking amount or one night charge, the greater of the two.
4. Certain bookings may require a 25% nonrefundable deposit
5. No show results in 100% charge.

As with air travel bookings and other types of reservations it is best to insure travel reservations for cancellation coverage. It is not in our interest to impose these policies but a necessity for business.
