​Booking And Cancellation Terms



(1) We do not charge your credit card at time of booking,it is used to guarantee Booking
(2) Two booking nights or less requires seven days notice or there will be a charge of one night.
(3) Three booking nights or more cancelled at any time result in one night charge ,within 30 days of stay result in a 50% charge. Within 14 days of stay or there after is subject to 100% charge.*
(4) Certain bookings may require up to a 100% nonrefundable deposit.All deposits are nonrefundable.  
(5) No show result in 100% charge.

All bookings are 100% guaranteed mutually, itinerary changes after booking, upon check in or during stay that can not be accommodated in a manner suitable to the Inn Keeper remain the responsibility of the guest.*We will make every effort to fill cancelled rooms/bookings so to lessen financial responsibility of cancelling client,but cannot warrant any recovery on behalf of cancelling client.

As with air travel bookings and other types of reservations it is best to insure travel reservations for cancellation coverage. It is not in our interest to impose these policies but a necessity for business.

Check in 3:00-6:30 PM – Check out 10:00 AM or as arranged


House Keeping Cottage/Suite and Guest House Cleaning Policy:       (non B&B Suites)


​Unlike most self-contained/ house keeping cottage rentals we don`t charge a turn-over fee.It is expected that guest clean up after themselves and leave rentals as they found them (dishes clean/place intact) There is ample cleaning supplies in each cottage to deal with daily spills and sweeping.
Daily room service is T&T (trash and towels) for onsite cottages/self-contained suites. 

If you require daily housekeeping select Upgrade on booking form

(*only required for nights stayed, not check in /checkout days)
which will include daily bed-making,dish-wash and washroom wipe.
This Upgraded service is available for off site Guest House bookings as well. 


All Upgrades must be pre booked for scheduling purposes   


Pet Policy     ( Pet Friendly Suite)

It is assumed that they will be no sign of a pet`s visit during or upon departure (no fur,droppings damage)

​Pets are never to be left unattended in units

Due to Specific Process required after pet visit a $25 Pet Standard Fee, per stay is in effect.


Non Smoking Environment   

There are no "smoking rooms", no smoking on decks and only in specific outdoor designated areas.

General Conditions

The booking guest acknowledges responsibly for any damage or disarray that results in repair, replacement or additional cleaning resulting from misuse,accident or abuse of the booked room.
